Cucumber Dill Dip Recipe
This time of year brings an abundance of many vegetables including one of my favorites – cucumbers. Many times we just make cucumber and tomato salads but I also love to make this cucumber dill dip which is basically tzatziki, a Greek cucumber and yogurt sauce. Tastes great when used as a dip for toasted pita.
